Can I Stop Using Rogaine Now That My Hair Isn’t Thinning?

Hi, I’m a 21 year old girl and 3 years ago my hair started to get a lot thinner. i was under a lot of stress and my dermatologist told me this was the cause. He advised me to try rogain. I have been using it for 3 years now and I have a lot of new hairs. it doesnt seem like its thinning anymore… although its still nowhere near its past thickness.
