Re: Gray Hair, Changing Diameter? Did you ever do the measurements? I looked, but couldn’t find a follow up. No, I never did a follow-up to determine if the diameter of gray hair is thicker than non-gray. Sorry about that, but I find that I have too many projects going on to add a study into the mix. I know

Dear Doctor. Thank you for this blog. It has come in handy several times! I have two questions. 1. I’ve been on propecia for about 4 months now. My dad started growing gray hair in the beginning of his twinties, and now I also see some gray hair. I’m 21. But I’ve seen a decrease in gray hair since starting on propecia

Touch of Gray By Robert from Michigan, age 62, who has been using Touch of Gray for 12 months: This is absolutely the best product I have used for coloring gray hair. Resistant hair is colored well and it is easy to use, with no mixing. It lasts longer than it takes for my hair to grow out until the roots need treatment again. This is much better...

I started to notice my hair “changing texture” when I was 23. By 26, I was noticing a “cowlick” on the left side of the crown of my head for the first time. Then the right side. At 28 I started propecia. My hair looked okay dry, but the thinning was apparent when it was wet. I am 29 now and I feel I have less hair but each...
Lately, I’ve been growing my hair out a bit in preparation for a St. Baldrick’s Foundation fundraiser where I’ll be shaving my head to raise funds for childhood cancer research. I’ve kept an aggressively short haircut for most of my adult life (the cut hides the thinning and the gray), so having longer hair is a bit of...
This is a follow-up to a post last week, Transplanting Hair Into a Cleft Lip Scar : Hi Dr. Rassman, this is a continuation from the cleft lip question. I forgot to add, the failed surgery was due to laser surgery. It became a hypertrophic scar after the laser surgery. So not sure if hair transplant is possible for that?? thanks for answer the question...
