Do not expect miracles from a vitamin pill by Joseph, age 45, who has been using Provillus for four months: Povillus is a vitamin pill. Do not expect it to grow back the hair you lost years ago. My impression is that it makes my hair grow faster and look shinier. I have not experienced any hair thickening or regrowth. I am giving it three stars for being seemingly a good mix of useful nutrients
